Here is my happy momma. She requested oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and a clean table. So that's what I did, and dad gave her a lovely extendable back scratcher.

I also love moments like these. I am scared of going on a field trip to King's Dominion with all my friends at the end of the year, but I have a lovely time just sitting here at the table with my mom.
Well, the tricks or treats went particularly well this year. No one was tricked, no one's toes froze off, and there was a shortage of houses that only offered fifty-year old mints. We parted with the trick-or-treating gang just as three more people joined, so it wasn't too big, either. The night featured a Lady GaGa, a night sky (costume by A), a vampire, and two Avatar people.
This was the haul. It was requested that I say the exact number of candy I got, so I'd say 135, give or take a few. As you can see, the piles feature mostly chocolate bars or hard candies. We did, of course, get a few generous rasin boxes as well. Hope you had a good Halloween!
