Happy New year!!!  Hooray!  2012!  (I think.  I never really have an opinion about the new year... )  To celebrate, nonetheless, here is a music video!  Home movie #2!  Exclamation point!

 

This time I was inspired by this music video, by "Those Dancing Days".  I used a whole bunch of little clips that were taken a couple years ago over and over again to mimic the repetition in the original... I also just didn't have very many.

Still, it does have a young "kiddish" charm to it and is pretty consistent.  Definitely junky compared to the actual... but I'll stop comparing.

It has been my obsession over the last few days... and distracts me from all else.  I'm glad it's done.

The Tree

Videos!  Here they are!  Oops, I mean video.  I only feel like sharing the actual "movie" and not my bad stop-motion experiments.  Though this movie is probably only interesting to me as well, I think it is a pretty well-done first take, no help required.  Well, except for the actual task of putting it into a post, and I thank you Uncle P for your offer and your help!

It's three minutes long and gave me a creative project to do while I trailed alongside my parents watching them put the tree up.  I intend on doing more of these kinds of videos soon... we scored cheap bus tickets for a one-day trip to New York city this Saturday, and that should provide some good video material.  And last-minute gifts.  Heh heh.
